Welcome to Kingsbrook Community Hub's website where you can find out about the facilities, check availability and request a booking, or contact us to arrange to view and talk to us about your event.

The Hub welcomes hirers and visitors from Kingsbrook and beyond, offering a range of choices for community, commercial and personal use. 

We can cater for different events from the smallest business meeting to larger parties, events, conferences, wedding receptions, engagement and Christening parties and wakes. We host children's parties up to 12 years of age.  The halls are fully equipped and the premises will shortly be licensed to serve alcohol. We hold music and performance licenses.  Bespoke catering is available as well as both a large and small kitchen for hirers to use if they prefer.

We are pleased to be able to tailor each event to exact requirements. We can arrange entertainment from indoor soft play to painting lessons, musicians, discos, staging and decor.  Full event management service available.

How to find us Easily accessible in Broughton, just outside Aylesbury, adjacent to the A41, Kingsbrook has public transport links as well as plenty of free parking outside the Hub.  Aylesbury Station is a short taxi ride away.

Your safety is important
All spaces are cleaned before and after each hire, and all touch surfaces are sanitised.

Highlights include


  • Main Hall can seat 160 in theatre style or 100 for banqueting.
  • Conferencing facility for up to 100 delegates includes main hall, up to three breakout areas, catering, business facilities and AV system in all rooms.  
  • Halls 1 & 2(each with a capacity of 60) for smaller parties, classes, social gatherings and more can be combined to create a larger space for 100.
  • Meeting Room (capacity 10-12 delegates) with AV.
  • Consulting Room a quiet and private space ideal for physiotherapy, treatment room, counselling and small private meetings is available to hire hourly, daily or weekly.
  • Free fast Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
  • Fully accessible with disabled parking spaces outside the entrance.

Hire costs, inclusive of VAT


Private bookings require a £50-£100 deposit (depending on the size of the event) which is refundable after your event, providing the terms and conditions of the booking are met.

10% discount for Kingsbrook Residents.

Opening hours: 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 11.00pm on Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday.

For Weddings/ Conferences/Wakes/Celebrations, price on application depending on requirements. The main hall will accommodate 100 people banquet style or 140 theatre seated. Additional space in adjoining meeting rooms and Halls 1 & 2.

All prices include one member of staff (minimum) throughout your event, tables and chairs set out as required and put away, use of AV equipment and built-in speakers, modern cloakroom facilities with disabled and baby changing.

We will shortly become a licensed premises with a bar available for your event. 'Bringing your own alcohol' is currently permitted.

All other services including catering, bands, DJ, table cloths, chair coverings, and outside space are available on request at an extra charge.

CONSULTING ROOM a private and self-contained space with room for a treatment table, or table and chairs. Ideal for a private office, counselling, physiotherapy or other treatments. Available to hire hourly, daily or weekly.
